Yesterday I went to my first acrobatic balancing session for a while. As part of my warm up I did a really good stretch for the first time in even longer! I could feel it this morning but it was not agony as it could have been if I really went over the top!
I always include some stretching as part of my massage routine. Most of my clients are like me and don’t stretch enough!
My recommendation for all my readers is not to spend the half hour I spent yesterday stretching every day but to just do ten minutes every day, mixed between shoulders, legs and spine. Know your limits and don’t over do it. I can almost guarantee that in a short time you will notice some improvement in mobility and generally feel better.
