Many are going through this ritual torture at the moment, either at school or at one of the too universities in Cambridge.
For an aromatherapy treatment to help with this stress I would always do a full consultation. However, there are two oils that I would nearly always include in a blend to help with this. They are Rosemary, an oil that has research which backs up the claims that it can improve memory recall and Frankincense that has been used for millennia to aid gaining a calm state of mind. This is one of the occasions that I would two oils that might be seen as contradictory, one very calming and one stimulating!
