Chair Shaped!

I and a few of my clients have reached that age where if we sit for too long in one position, we get, “chair shaped.” On getting up, there is an ache that needs stretching out. I particularly notice this if I have been driving for a couple of hours. (Something I try and avoid whenever possible.)

Regular massage with essential oils certainly helps reduce this, as does regular exercise which includes

Essential oils which help me with this include rosemary and ginger  but  I am always wary of giving blanket prescriptions as everyone is different and when I do a consultation, I always take into account far more than just getting stiff after sitting for too long. Of course, having seating that encourages good posture will also help.
