Mental Health?

All too often when this phrase is heard, what is really being talked about is mental illness. Mental Health is something we foster by looking after ourselves, resting enough, doing nice things for ourselves etc. It is also about who we choose for friends, our work places, family relationships and much more.

What can we do to improve our mental health?
