Aromatherapy in the garden.

Last year I had a client request her session in the garden when it was a very hot day. She is coming for another session soon and unless there is a thunderstorm on the day we will be doing the same. I am fortunate in having a secluded area of my Cambridge garden which allows for privacy for this though I have some clients who suffer from severe hay fever for whom this would not work. Plants of interest in the garden with regards to aromatherapy are Basil, a bay tree, roses , rosemary and lemon balm or melissa as most aromatherapists refer to it as.

This time unlike last year, I shall take the table outside so as to be kinder to my knees.
