Time for a Massage

Almost everything we do these days is to a greater or lesser extent by the clock. (With the exception of one or two train journeys I have made recently where the trains were clearly running to a different time zone than the one my phone is set to.) Most of us have set hours we work, often within that slot there are other time constraints or deadlines. Children have to be picked up from school or child minder and I know for some there are penalties in cash if they are delayed for some reason so they can’t pick their loved ones up.

This is one reason why I believe that my ninety minute aromatherapy appointments are much more popular than the one hour sessions. they give time for a full body massage and consultation time without the massage being rushed or decisions made as to whether or not parts of the routine should be missed out.
